Our company Poligraf di Garbuglia Ennio is based in Recanati (MC) – Italy, and distributes a wide range of adhesive labels in rolls, printers and office and stationery supplies.

ORDERS DELIVERY

We only ship to the following countries: AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, CROATIA, CZECH REPUBLIC, FRANCE, GERMANY, NETHERLANDS, SPAIN.
Order processing time may differ between the different products and it run from the date of payment. 
We usually ship within 4 – 6 working days (from Monday to Friday).
Availability of every product is indicated on item details.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

After sending an order, the Customer will receive an order confirmation via email.
Each order should be approved by Poligraf Management Dept.

SHIPMENT

For orders of amount less than € 200.00 (VAT excluded) we will charge € 12.00 + VAT for shipping costs.
Shipment will be delivered to the ground floor, no telephone notice by the courier before the delivery.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders ABOVE € 200.00 (vat excl.) For further information please contact our Customer Care at info@epoligraf.com.

PAYMENT METHODS

• Paypal or Credit Card
• Bank transfer: we will communicate our bank account details (IBAN/SWIFT) via email after receipt of the order.

PRICES

All the prices in our price list have to be considered VAT excluded.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS

Customers must check the number of packages and their integrity at the moment of delivery. If there is any damage or missing packages it is required to sign up the delivery note by writing "Goods unchecked" and send an e-mail to our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

As soon as we receive the confirmation of the damaged goods we will replace the items without any extra charge. Please remember to provide the notification as soon as possible, best within 24 hours of courier delivery.

For non-conforming goods replacement, your request must be sent by email at info@epoligraf.com within 30 days from the delivery date.

Our Customer Care will communicate the return authorization number and the delivery terms.

RETURN POLICY

The right to withdraw is guaranteed within 10 days from the delivery date by sending a communication to: info@epoligraf.com
Our Customer Care will inform you about the number of return authorization.
Returned products must be intact and with their original packaging.
Otherwise, POLIGRAF reserves the right to decline the return.
